Industrial Automation Systems Projects Experience

Development of Basic and Detailed Engineering, procurement support, testing and inspection of construction for industrial automation system, Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Controllers (PC/PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). Developing specific activities such as follows:

Development of Technical Specification, architecture block diagrams, cost estimation, evaluation of technical proposals, Factory and Site acceptance tests for systems above mentioned.
Development of control philosophy or functional specification, development of logic diagrams and process control strategies, development of the data base, listing and tagging of I/O signals, etc..
Support to the development of screen displays, reports, trends, historics, etc..
Development of the equipment layout in control and equipment rooms.
Development of signal routing and wiring diagrams, constructive details.
Field Survey of existing control systems.
Vendor engineering and drawings checking and comments issuing and tracking.
